Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations. Candidates with warehouse supervisory or team management experience will have an added advantage.

Familiar with warehouse processes, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Stock Transfer, and Stock Take.

Experience using WMS / Inventory Management Systems will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.

Good numerical understanding of inventory and strong problem-solving skills.

Able to organize, assign, and supervise daily warehouse team activities.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage work effectively during busy shipment periods.

Able to communicate in Chinese; basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and resolve daily warehouse operational issues promptly.

Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with logistics service providers to arrange transportation and resolve any delivery or transportation-related issues.

Supervise the warehouse team, provide training and guidance, and ensure team members comply with safety procedures and operational standards.

Handle inventory-related enquiries and issues, ensuring problems are resolved promptly and effectively.

Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment in good working condition and ensure a safe and organized working environment.

Manage stock receiving, stock issuance, bin/location adjustments, stock transfers, and stock return processes.

Ensure all products are properly stored, labelled, and placed according to their designated warehouse locations.

Prepare basic warehouse and inventory reports and provide regular updates to management on inventory and shipment status.
