Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in video editing, multimedia, or a related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• A video editing portfolio/showreel is required.

• Strong video editing fundamentals, including pacing, subtitles, music selection, and transitions.

• Good understanding of current TikTok, Reels, and short-form video editing trends.

• Creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with good time management skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Added Advantage

• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or other relevant video editing tools.

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.

• Basic filming and camera operation skills.

• Basic colour correction and grading skills.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing and content creation tools.

• Good sense of visual storytelling and content flow.

• Basic sound design and audio enhancement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content for social media, corporate communications, events, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing activities.

• Produce short-form and long-form video content based on campaign requirements, with a strong focus on engaging and trend-relevant social media content.

• Edit raw footage, including cutting, sequencing, transitions, subtitles, music, and basic audio adjustments.

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with a good understanding of current short-form video trends, pacing, hooks, music, and transitions.

• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to understand campaign concepts, creative direction, and video requirements.

• Ensure all video content follows company brand guidelines, creative direction, and required platform formats.

• Handle revisions and time-sensitive requests while meeting agreed project deadlines.

• Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and completed video assets.

• Provide occasional support for basic filming, camera operation, and content production when required.

• Review videos before submission to ensure subtitle accuracy, audio and visual quality, consistency, and correct formatting.
