Experience in banking, finance, unit trust, property, sales, hospitality, education or entrepreneurship can provide a useful foundation. Previous insurance experience is not essential for entry-level applicants.

What the Agent Role Involves

• Building your own prospect network and client relationships.
• Understanding clients’ protection needs and explaining suitable insurance or takaful solutions within your authorised scope.
• Supporting applications and providing ongoing client service.
• Participating in product training, sales practice and coaching.
• Working towards agreed activity, sales and service standards.

For experienced leaders, we’ll discuss responsibilities and development opportunities appropriate to your background and the available appointment pathways.

What You Can Expect

Personal coaching: Weekly guidance with me to review progress and develop your skills.

Practical learning: Joint field work, product training, sales skills and mindset development.

Agency support: Office facilities and administrative support.

Performance-based earnings: Commission and bonus opportunities, subject to applicable terms.

Career development: Opportunities to work towards leadership, subject to performance, eligibility and qualification requirements.

Opportunity Details

Location: Enquiries welcome from across Malaysia.

Commitment: Full-time or part-time opportunities, subject to appointment and programme requirements.

Compensation: Commission-based agency opportunity. Income depends on business performance.

Entry requirements: Relevant academic, examination, registration and appointment requirements apply. Qualifications and any transfer conditions will be reviewed during screening. Examination fees, equipment needs and programme terms will be explained during the introductory discussion.
