International Sales Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Setup: Office-based with possible travel opportunities

Job Overview

We are looking for an International Sales Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will support customers and projects across Region 5 and work with colleagues, partners, and customers from different countries.

This role is suitable for someone with a science or engineering background and some sales experience who is willing to learn, work hard, and grow in an international business environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales quotations for customers and send them through email and CRM.
• Update price lists, customer records, sales opportunities, and quotation status in CRM.
• Get quotation approval from the Manager and discuss customer or dealer requirements.
• Support direct sales projects and online customer meetings across Region 5.
• Find new business opportunities and follow up with possible customers.
• Support the sales team with product, application, and technical information.
• Help prepare sales proposals, pre-bid documents, tender documents, and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate customer events, seminars, training sessions, and product presentations.
• Provide product presentations and basic training to customers.
• Work with internal teams to support customer and project needs.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Raise customer concerns to the correct team when further support is needed.
• Promote Esco products and services to customers.
• Support international customers from different countries.
• Travel occasionally when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in sales, business development, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience with laboratory, cleanroom, medical, scientific, or engineering products is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of quotations, sales proposals, CRM, and customer follow-up.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working with customers and colleagues from different countries.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new products and skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to meet sales targets.
• Willing to travel occasionally when needed.
