Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in property development, project acquisition, real estate, or business development. Background in land feasibility or developer engagement is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in both Mandarin & English. 

• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, networking, and commercial assessment capabilities.

• Possess a valid driving license, own transportation, and willingness to travel for land inspections and meetings.

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Project Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our project pipeline. In this role, you will source high-potential residential, commercial, and mixed-use development opportunities, evaluate market feasibility, and foster strong relationships with developers, landowners, property agents, and key stakeholders to turn opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and acquire new property development opportunities across various asset classes while actively engaging landowners, agents, developers, and industry contacts.

• Feasibility & Market Intelligence: Conduct preliminary project assessments (location, size, pricing, surrounding market trends, and accessibility), perform commercial/financial evaluations, and compile feasibility summaries for Management.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain networks with developers, property consultants, and government-related entities, while coordinating site visits, meetings, and negotiations.

• Deal & Pipeline Execution: Assist with acquisition proposals, investment papers, and deal documentation while managing the end-to-end pipeline from initial sourcing to final acquisition.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Project Development teams to ensure smooth process completion and keep project data updated.
