Role Description The Group Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for defining and driving product strategy across multiple brands, overseeing the product portfolio, and aligning initiatives with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include leading product planning, coordinating product development activities, conducting market and competitor analysis, and monitoring product performance. The Group Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, medical, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. The role also involves mentoring product managers, preparing business cases, managing budgets, and presenting product roadmaps and performance updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience managing a portfolio of products.
  • Proficiency in product development, including requirements definition, launch execution, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting market data, financial metrics, and performance reports to drive decisions.
  • Proven team leadership capabilities, including coaching, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical marketing industries is highly beneficial.
  • Good people interaction skills and capable to develop & work with KOLs for medico-marketing engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outcomes within timelines.
  • Experience in online digital marketing.
