Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate parcel and shipment records, monitor and reconcile inbound and outbound operations, prepare operational reports, coordinate with relevant teams to resolve shipment issues, and ensure compliance with J&T’s SOPs, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
