Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Partnering & Cost Management — Partner with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Operations, Commercial, Controllership) to drive cost transparency, manage operational costs against budget, and provide financial perspective on business decisions.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting — Lead end-to-end budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring accurate financial submissions aligned with strategic objectives and continuously refining forecasting models.
3. Performance Monitoring & Risk — Monitor monthly P&L and KPIs against targets, conduct variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare management reports and dashboards.
4. Financial Modeling & Decision Support — Build financial models for new initiatives and expansion projects (ROI, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis); support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior leadership.
5. Financial Control & Compliance — Support month-end closing (accruals, reconciliations), ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, and facilitate audit processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA a plus
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in fast-paced, dynamic industries
• Proven track record in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial audiences
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/SQL) preferred
• Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS, financial statement analysis, and cost management
• Proactive, able to work independently in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities
