HORA Hospitality Group, the creative mind behind Babette Social Eatery and Chouchou, is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand new restaurant in Central Hong Kong! We are shaping the local dining scene with a unique culinary experience that blends classic French flavors with modern style.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Demi Chef to join our passionate team on this exciting journey.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee your assigned kitchen section to ensure consistent quality in every dish.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to our high standards.
• Assist the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations, including mise en place, stock control, and ordering.
• Maintain food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times.
• Collaborate with the team on new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
• Promote teamwork, positive communication, and a culture of mutual support.
