Willing to work six days per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, with one rest day per week

Willing to perform hands-on scalp and hair treatments

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Proactive, responsible and willing to learn

Positive attitude with good customer service skills

Patient, emotionally stable and able to handle work pressure professionally

Able to work independently and cooperate well with the team

Prior experience in scalp care, hair care, beauty or wellness services is an advantage

Training will be provided

Perform scalp and hair treatments for customers

Understand customers’ scalp and hair conditions and provide suitable treatment recommendations

Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the treatment

Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area

Follow treatment procedures and company guidelines

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
