Little Master Mirai Kajang 2 is looking for a proactive, responsible and organised individual to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can contribute to both teaching and the daily administrative and operational needs of our centre.

Job Requirements

• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Able to teach all three languages to children 4–12 years.

• Responsible, organised, patient and proactive.

• Willing to learn, take initiative and work independently when required.

• Able to commit to the stated working days and hours.

• Seeking a stable, long-term, full-time position.

• Teaching experience is an advantage, but candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

• Salary Range: To Be Discussed with Shortlisted Candidates

Working Days & Hours:

• Tuesday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Sunday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Teaching & Student Development

• Teach Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to children aged 4–12.

• Conduct lessons according to the centre's curriculum and teaching guidelines.

• Guide students according to their individual learning needs and progress.

• Create a positive and supportive learning environment to help children develop their language skills and learning confidence.

Administration & Centre Operations

• Handle administrative tasks and daily operational duties during non-teaching hours.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow up on them promptly.

• Assist in maintaining smooth and efficient daily centre operations.

• Support other administrative and operational matters as required.
