Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, preparing and monitoring work schedules, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and handling logistics and resource allocation. The role also involves monitoring progress, resolving issues, conducting inspections of event setup and deliverables, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. The Project Manager will prepare reports, maintain documentation, and continuously improve processes to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage transportation, warehousing, and on-site event logistics efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality of event setups, equipment, and services against project requirements.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Project Management, Business, Events Management, or a related field are beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and engage with clients and vendors.
• Prior experience in events, construction, engineering, or related project environments in Malaysia is an advantage.
