Working Days: 5 working days per week (By Rotate)

Off Day: 2 days per week (By Rotate)

Working Hours: 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per shift)

What You'll Be Doing

• Channel Support: Inbound Calling, Live Chat, Email, and social media chat
• Customer Market: Australia customer
• Assist customers with their enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and patiently.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Has good problem-solving skills.
• Is comfortable communicating with customers.
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Is able to work on weekends and public holidays depending on the assigned work schedule.
• Able to work on 24 hours rotational shift (Include night shift)

Requirement:

• Must PASS SPM
• No experiences required.
• Able to join the role on 28 Oct 2026

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
