Responsibilities
Bestro Global Sdn Bhd is looking for a Contracts Executive (Quantity Surveyor) to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.
If you have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong QS knowledge, and are fluent in English and Mandarin, we would love to hear from you!
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tendering and preparation of tender documents
- Prepare monthly progress claims and follow up until certification
- Prepare and issue Letters of Award to subcontractors
- Prepare payment certificates and follow up on subcontractor invoices
- Monitor payment certificates, variation orders and cost estimates
- Monitor project costs, valuations and variation orders
- Attend site meetings and tender interviews when required
- Maintain records of claims, payment certificates, site memos, SIs, DNFs and project correspondence
- Prepare and complete final accounts
- Prepare quotations and follow up on confirmations
- Perform other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience
- Sound knowledge of Quantity Surveying functions
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good communication, reading and writing skills in English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
