Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance
• Promote Chez Choux products, seasonal items, and ongoing promotions
• Recommend products and explain flavors or menu items to customers
• Operate POS/cashier systems accurately
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments
• Pack products neatly and maintain product presentation
• Ensure cleanliness of the counter and display area
• Assist in achieving daily sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Perform opening and closing cashier duties

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic cashiering and cash-handling skills
• Experience in retail, F&B, bakery, or sales is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
