Job Responsibilities

• Achieve Advertising Spend Targets: Drive client advertising spend across major platforms, including Google, Facebook (FB), and TikTok (TK), to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop New Business: Identify and acquire new direct clients and channel partners, managing the full sales process from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and contract signing.
• Grow Existing Accounts: Maintain client relationships, identify opportunities to increase advertising budgets, and grow revenue from existing accounts.
• Negotiate Deals & Manage Profitability: Negotiate pricing, service fees, and contract terms to secure profitable business deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Manage Payments & Client Issues: Work with internal teams to ensure timely payments, accurate invoicing, and smooth contract execution. Resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor Market Trends: Keep up with industry developments, competitor activities, and advertising platform updates to identify business opportunities and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in the digital advertising industry. Experience with direct clients in the gaming or mobile app sectors is preferred.
• Strong working relationships with at least one major advertising platform, such as Google, Facebook, or TikTok, and an established network of clients or channel partners.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from client acquisition to contract signing.
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign delivery, and billing models.
• Results-driven, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for preparing business proposals.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
