What You’ll Do

Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.

Develop project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth progress.

Manage project budgeting and cost control to meet financial targets.

Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.

Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Lead and mentor project team members to improve efficiency and quality.

Maintain long-term client partnerships and support new business development.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Intelligence, Electromechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant project management experience.

Proven overseas project experience, including independently managing intelligent building projects valued above RMB 30 million.

Solid knowledge of intelligent systems, including video surveillance, access control, and network systems.

Strong on-site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work outdoors, handle irregular schedules, and travel frequently.

Fluent English for daily communication with international clients and project teams.

Willing to travel across Malaysia for project assignments.

Nice to Have

Experience with large-scale intelligent building or MEP projects in Southeast Asia.

Familiarity with international project standards and client communication practices.
