• Manage, maintain and provide technical support for the Company's ERP and AutoCount systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve system issues, including system enhancements and new feature development based on business requirements.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and improve the Company's internal web applications to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.
• Perform database management, including data maintenance, backup, recovery and troubleshooting.
• Provide IT support for computer hardware, software, printers, network connectivity and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, peripherals and related IT equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve daily IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance and ensure system stability and security.
• Coordinate with software vendors and external IT service providers when necessary.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate is highly encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and the ability to guide users effectively.
• Ability to work independently and handle ad hoc assignments when required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Programming knowledge is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, AutoCount or accounting software is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
