Responsibilities
Manage the Airfreight team and oversee end-to-end daily operations.
Take ownership of key Airfreight decisions and ensure effective operational execution.
Monitor operational performance to ensure efficient workflow and consistent service standards.
Lead and support the team in achieving operational and customer service objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, customers and relevant stakeholders on operational matters.
Provide hands-on operational support when required to maintain smooth business operations.
Resolve operational issues and escalations promptly, with appropriate follow-up and corrective action.
