Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
Review M&E drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements
Monitor site progress and resolve technical or coordination issues
Ensure works are carried out according to schedule and specifications
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards are met
Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
Knowledge of M&E systems and coordination processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiar with local authority requirements (e.g. MOM, BCA)
Proficient in AutoCAD (BIM knowledge is an advantage)
