Position Details

• Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Mandarin Speaking
• Location: Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
• Industry: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Working Arrangement: Onsite
• Intake Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to support HR strategies and business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.
• Collaborate with recruitment, learning and development, and other HR teams to support business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Previous HR Business Partner or relevant HR generalist experience is preferred.
• Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
