Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic and confident individual to join our team! If you enjoy designing product images, creating social media content and talking to customers on camera, we want to hear from you.

No advanced design skills or live hosting experience required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic graphic design skills; advanced design expertise is not required.

• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or similar design software is an advantage.

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia with good communication skills.

• Confident, friendly and comfortable appearing on camera.

• Creative, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

• Able to interact with customers and respond to questions confidently.

• Knowledge of TikTok, Shopee or social media platforms is an advantage.

• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and confidence to host live streams. Personality and potential are valued over advanced design skills.

Basic Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design basic product images, promotional posters and marketing materials.

• Edit product photos and create simple graphics for TikTok, Shopee and other e-commerce platforms.

• Prepare promotional materials for online campaigns and product launches.

• Assist with product photography, short videos and social media content.

• Use Canva, Photoshop or other basic design tools.

TikTok & Shopee Live Hosting

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee to showcase and promote products.

• Introduce product features, explain benefits and answer customer questions in Bahasa Malaysia.

• Engage viewers, encourage interaction and help convert viewers into customers.

• Present products confidently and maintain an energetic, friendly on-screen presence.

• Assist in planning live-stream content and promotional activities.

E-commerce & Social Media Support

• Assist with product listings, promotions and online marketing activities.

• Help prepare content to attract more viewers to live streams.

• Monitor live-stream performance and work towards sales targets.

• Support other basic e-commerce tasks when required.
