Executive & Family Driver (Driving + Basic Admin Support)

Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 + Punctuality & Performance Allowance (Commensurate with experience)

Location: Main base in JB / Need to drive to SG & KL occasionally

Vehicle: MPV provided by company/employer (Petrol & Toll 100% Claimable)

【What We Are Looking For】

• STRICTLY Punctual: Time management is #1 priority! No last-minute excuses, no habitual lateness. Must be someone who habitually arrives 10–15 mins early.
• Must Speak Mandarin + English: Required to fetch children, so must be able to communicate smoothly with kids, family members, and office staff.
• Well-Groomed & Professional: Neat appearance, hygienic (no body odor), polite, and courteous.
• Good Route Planning & Car Care: Proactive with Waze/Google Maps before driving. Keep the MPV clean and handle routine servicing on time.
• Basic Admin Knowledge: Roughly 1 week per month will need to assist employer with basic claims, receipts compilation, and simple document sorting.

【Requirements】

• At least 5–8 years of professional driving experience (Experience driving MPVs is a big plus).
• Valid Class D license with a clean record (No major traffic summons, no criminal/drunk driving/substance history).
• STRICTLY Non-Smoker, aged below 40, patient, and good with kids.
• Flexible to follow employer's schedule (Early mornings, late nights, or weekend trips to SG/KL when required).
