Key Job Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with potential clients and communities.
• Assess loan applications through field visits, business evaluations, and financial analysis.
• Facilitate loan processing, disbursement, and timely repayments.
• Manage and grow a healthy loan portfolio while minimizing overdue loans.
• Provide excellent customer service, financial guidance, and client support.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with credit policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Microfinance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of microfinance experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to conduct regular fieldwork.
• Motorcycle riding skills are an added advantage.
