RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose of the role
To join our Digital Ad Tech team to work on cutting edge ad tech with the top people and companies in digital ad ecosystem.
Scope of the role
To build a more robust and useful ad stack.
Key Responsibilities
Support and optimise ad technologies across ad serving, targeting, measurement and creative rendering.
Work on the programmatic ecosystem, including Prebid and emerging solutions.
Manage ad tech projects such as new product launches, platform revamps and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising from digital ad operations.
Support strategic ad initiatives and collaborations with technology and industry partners.
Integrate partner websites and apps into the Mediacorp Partner Network.
Build automation tools and solutions to streamline ad operations and improve efficiency.
Explore opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to ad tech and operational workflows.
Foundational Competencies
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to understand problem statements from and communicate technical solutions/challenges clearly background.
Ability to work effectively across commercial, product, engineering and external partner teams.
Functional Competencies
Understanding of ad serving, targeting, measurement and programmatic advertising.
Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, APIs, JavaScript, HTML or browser developer tools is advantageous.
Experience
3 years of experience in ad tech with strong understanding of web technologies and ad tech fundamentals
Experience in web and mobile app development (iOS and android)
Experience with CTV, tvOS or android TV will be a plus
Experience or strong interest in ad tech, programmatic advertising or digital platforms.
Experience with automation, scripting or AI technologies is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
