Position: Warehouse Executive

We are looking for an organised, responsible, and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure incoming raw materials and packaging materials are checked against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and stock rotation according to FIFO/FEFO requirements.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing, Production, and Sales teams to ensure timely material preparation and goods delivery.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation and inventory reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is an added advantage.
• Familiar with inventory management, stock control, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Responsible, systematic, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: MHP-Miracle Health Products Sdn Bhd, Malaysia

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
