CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

Location: Klang / Port Klang, Selangor

Salary: RM2,200–RM2,800 per month

Employment: Full-time

Hiring: Immediate / Urgent

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Customer Service Executive to join our shipping and logistics team. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding and be familiar with both sea freight and air freight operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries, shipment bookings and daily follow-ups.

* Coordinate import and export shipments by sea and air.

* Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters and customs clearance teams.

* Prepare shipping quotations, shipping instructions and relevant import/export documentation.

* Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.

* Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth cargo delivery.

* Follow up on invoices, billing, outstanding payments and customer requests.

* Resolve shipment delays and customer service issues professionally.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping customer service.

* Knowledge of sea freight and air freight import/export procedures.

* Familiarity with shipping documentation and freight forwarding operations.

* Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

* Able to work independently, manage multiple shipments and start immediately.
