Logistic Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Management & Fulfilment: Process daily local delivery orders, monitor backorders, delivery status, returns, and liaise with suppliers to resolve supply chain delays and documentation.
- Systems & Data Management: Utilize in house system to for delivery routes, order qty. documentation, with Power BI reporting for management reports.
- Digitization: Engage in the operation for warehouse and distribution process to executive the paperless process and cost-saving initiatives.
- Warehouse & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and logistics companies for parts storage & delivery.
- Warehouse accuracy improvement: Assist in the cycle count and stocktake for enhancing accuracy and process digitization.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Diploma or above in Logistics or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the FMCG / F&B sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Native in Cantonese, Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments, working with diverse internal teams and external partners for continuedly improvement.
