Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Kastam forms, permits and other marine logistics documentation.
- Assist in arranging daily vessel and delivery schedules according to operational requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, boarding team and operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Prepare delivery documents and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Monitor delivery status and follow up with the relevant teams when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating vessel boarding and delivery arrangements with the office and warehouse.
- Maintain proper records of delivery, vessel and logistics documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams and relevant parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with other logistics and administrative matters as required.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
