PLC Pet Lovers Centre Hiring! Full Time Marketing in Selangor - Ricebowl

• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing strategies to reach target audiences and increase product demand.
• Plan and execute campaigns to strengthen VIP membership loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to maximize co-marketing opportunities at store outlets.
• Manage local supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and execution of events and marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with PLC partners.
• Communications Support:
• Manage and coordinate in-store POSMs (Point of Sale Materials).
• Plan and distribute eDMs (electronic Direct Mail).
• Work with digital marketing agencies to implement digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) on promotional activities and campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to those in the retail industry.
• Liase with external stakeholders, particularly with agency & 3rd party vendors.
• Organized, responsible, and good at solving problems.
• Proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Good team player with strong communication skills.
