• To ensure that the highest standards of SPA services are adhered to, that guest experience exceeds expectation.
• To perform all reasonable services a guest may require, in order to satisfy them efficiently and promptly.
• To anticipate guest request and keeping senior management well-informed as to the problems and actions taken.
• Qualified therapist -The ability to perform Spa Therapies on a daily basis with an ability for shift relocation as Spa Receptionist.
• Must be capable of confidently communicating product knowledge and educate clients in URSPA services, products and procedures when they call or visit the SPA or during the treatment.
• Promote URSPA and build brand image.
• Proficiency in all retail products and benefits, ingredients and recipes of treatments offered in the spa menu.
• To support the Spa Supervisor and establish and maintain cleanliness, maintenance and service standards are upheld. Ensure therapists follow the SPA code of conduct.
• To maintain good rapport and relationship with everyone in the place of work and if needed, to support the team in any required times
