Kailash Management Consulting Pte. Ltd. supports clients with staffing solutions. This role is based at a client’s premises in Singapore’s East Region, focusing on assembly operations.
Job Summary
You will perform assembly of components and products, operate tools, inspect quality, and maintain a safe workspace to support daily production schedules at the client’s East Region site.
Responsibilities
Assemble components and products accurately following detailed work instructions to meet production standards
Operate basic assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and identify defects during assembly
Report defective components or assembly issues promptly to supervisors for resolution
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to comply with workplace safety standards
Complete assembly tasks on schedule to support production targets and workflow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant assembly or production experience to perform tasks effectively
Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures precisely
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in assembly work
Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment
Responsible, punctual, and motivated to learn and improve skills

Salary Range: S$1,800 – S$2,200 per month, depending on experience and suitability
