Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems.

  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse DO and courier systems

  • Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries

  • Process and prepare e-commerce orders

  • Monitor stock movement and inventory

  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and outlets

  • Liaise with couriers, suppliers and internal teams

  • Assist with stock receiving and inventory checks
