Full Time Receptionist (Customer Service) Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,000 in Molicc System Sdn Bhd Petaling Jaya - Ricebowl

SPM/Diploma or equivalent; additional certificate in Business Admin/Office Management is a plus

1–2 years' experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (fresh graduates may also be considered)

Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for handling walk-in customers and calls

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Presentable and professional demeanor

Handle front desk duties — greet visitors, guests, and customers professionally

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the relevant department/personnel

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and parcel deliveries

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in regarding products, orders, or general company information

Assist with basic administrative tasks — filing, data entry, photocopying, and document distribution

Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for guests/meetings when needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area

Support ad-hoc administrative or clerical duties as assigned by management
