• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with business stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development to operations and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital products.
• Use user research, analytics, and product metrics to drive improvements and adoption.
• Manage product priorities, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance.
• Ensure service quality, performance, availability, and operational stability of live products.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and continuous product enhancement.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, IT Business Analysis, or Solution Design.
• Experience working with engineering, design, and product teams.
• Experience managing product development and operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  
  

• Cloud / Design Thinking / Product-Centric Development experience.
• Service Operations / Incident Management experience.
• Government or regulated sector experience.
• PMP / Scrum Master / CITPM / COMIT certification.
