Production Assistant – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production activities and ensure production runs smoothly according to the production schedule.
• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to work instructions.
• Assist in preparing raw materials and packing finished products.
• Perform basic inspection and ensure products meet the required quality standards.
• Follow production procedures, safety rules, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the production area.
• Record production output, material usage, and other relevant production data.
• Report any machine issues, quality problems, or production abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, and other departments when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to perform production-related tasks.
• Willing to work overtime, shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Good attendance, discipline, and positive working attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
