Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC role based in Rawang. The role involves monitoring production processes, documenting quality findings, and assisting in the investigation and resolution of non-conformances. The individual will support the implementation and maintenance of quality procedures, participate in internal audits, and help drive corrective and preventive actions. Collaboration with production, engineering, and management teams is expected to ensure continuous improvement of quality performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for monitoring processes and verifying product conformity.
• Candidates should possess skills in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to conduct internal audits and support external audit readiness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial environments; prior QA/QC experience is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
