- Trustworthy, discreet and professional when dealing with senior clients

- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar role. Candidates with less experience and the right attitude are encouraged to apply

- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, correspondence and calls, ensuring he stays on top of key priorities

- Represent the Founder with clients, partners and the team, in line with his standards and approach

- Follow up on tasks independently and ensure deadlines are met

- Prepare documents, proposals, reports and presentations

- Support marketing, content, events and new initiatives across the group

- Coordinate with high-net-worth clients and business partners in English and Mandarin

- Handle confidential information with complete discretion

- Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the Founder
