We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Human Resources Executive to join the team at NeuWhite Paper Pulp Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the company, playing a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Required 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the relevant field

• Manage the full spectrum of recruitment process, not limited to screening, coordinating, and conducting of the interview

• Manages employee monthly payroll

• Tracking of employee’s attendance and input of data to the monthly report

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries and requests promptly and professionally

• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
