Key Responsibilities1. Site Quality Inspection & Process Verification

• Conduct daily on-site inspections for MEP installations, including Electrical (Transformers, UPS, Switchgears, Busducts, Cable Trays) and Mechanical systems (Chilled Water Piping, CRAH/CRAC units, Ducting).
• Enforce Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and witness critical inspection stages (Hold Points / Witness Points).
• Coordinate and execute Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Work Inspection Requests (WIR / RFI) with client representatives and consultants.
• Monitor builder's works coordination and MEP penetrations, sleeve installations, seismic bracing, and firestopping systems.

2. Testing, Commissioning & Defect Rectification

• Witness on-site pre-commissioning tests, including hydrostatic pressure testing for chilled water pipes, duct leakage tests, cable megger/insulation testing, and continuity checks.
• Identify on-site workmanship deficiencies, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) / Site Clarification Requests, and follow through corrective actions until verified and closed.
• Maintain defect lists (Punch Lists) and supervise sub-contractors on prompt rectification.

3. Quality Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain structured site quality records, inspection checklists, mill certificates, and calibration reports.
• Assist the MEP QAQC Lead in compiling Handover Dossiers, As-Built documentation, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) packages.

Requirements & QualificationsMust-Have:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on site experience in MEP quality control or site supervision. Background in industrial plants, cleanrooms, large commercial projects, or data centres is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of MEP installation methods, ITP processes, and QAQC documentation (WIR, MIR, NCR). Ability to read and interpret MEP layout plans, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and Combined Services Drawings (CSD).
• Certifications: Valid CIDB Green Card holder.
• Work Style: Practical, disciplined, and capable of working in an intensive, fast-paced site environment.
