Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract!

Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening.
Proactively source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
Participate in recruitment outreach programmes to engage with the public and attract potential candidates.
Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners and Operations teams to support manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
At least 1 year of recruitment experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented mindset.
Resourceful, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, hands-on and a strong team player.
Familiarity with job portals and Microsoft Office applications.
