Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst with strong software experience and hands-on experience in both AI and e-invoicing projects. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse requirements and support the delivery of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders on software implementation.
- Support AI and e-invoicing projects, including system integration and enhancements.
- Coordinate UAT, testing and project documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in AI-related projects or implementations.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in e-invoicing projects or implementations.
- Strong understanding of software applications and system integration.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with API, ERP, SDLC and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
