1. Quantity Surveyor
   

• A recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering/its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience preferably familiar with all aspects of pre and post contract administration.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Dynamic, independent and possess good managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with ISM/BQSM/MIEM/P.ENG.
• Work location: Puchong, Selangor. Travelling is required occasionally

• Provide administrative and coordination support in tender preparation, contract administration, and documentation management.
• Support implementation of ISO 37001 ABMS requirements by maintaining declarations, performing due diligence checks, and promoting ethical practices in all tender and contract activities.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
• Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
• Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
• Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health in own specific area of work/responsibilities.
• Prepare estimates for tenders.
• Review contractual conditions in tender documents.
• Attend site visits pertaining to tender submissions.
• Prepare documents for tender and pre-qualifications submissions.
• Assist Assistant General Manager - Tender & Contracts in assessing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor the work carried out by Site Quantity Surveyor.
• Recommend tender figure to Managing Director/Executive Director/General Manager – Tender & Contracts for approval.
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

2.M&E Engineer (Costing)/ Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

• A recognized Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience preferably familiar with all aspects of pre and post contract administration.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and technical reporting skills.
• Proactive and willing to learn attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess good numerical skills, sharp analytical thinking.
• Work location: Puchong, Selangor. Travelling is required occasionally

• Lead and manage M&E tender submissions, cost estimations, and contract administration to safeguard the company's technical, commercial, and legal interests.
• Ensure all M&E tendering and contracting processes comply with ISO 37001 ABMS standards, including due diligence, integrity checks, and ethical practices.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.

2. Contracts implementation at site

• To prepare awards of subcontract works for M&E packages during post contract.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
