Working days and hours:
- Mon - Fri
- 9am - 6pm

Job Description:
- Handling incoming enquiries pertaining to Budget 2026, via calls, refer to given FAQs and provide replies.
- Answer Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
- Make Calls: Conduct outbound follow-ups, surveys, or sales outreach.
- Resolve Issues: Fix customer problems or route them to the right team.
- Log Activity: Record call notes and customer details in the system.
- Provide Info: Explain products, services, billing, and company policies.
- Digital Support: Respond to inquiries via chat, email, or tickets.

Job Requirements:
- Min A Levels/Diploma/Degree in any field
- Experience in handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry environment would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills
