Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Clinic Assistant / Beautician with sales experience to join our growing aesthetic clinic team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, skincare and aesthetic treatments, with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Patient Experience

• Welcome patients and provide professional, friendly customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins.
• Arrange appointments, follow up with customers and manage bookings.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant patient journey.

2. Sales & Customer Conversion

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable aesthetic services and packages within the scope of training.
• Explain treatment packages, promotions and pricing clearly.
• Follow up with enquiries and potential customers to improve appointment bookings and conversions.
• Assist in achieving individual and branch sales targets.
• Promote customer retention, repeat visits and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records.

3. Clinical & Treatment Support

• Assist doctors during aesthetic consultations and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and supplies.
• Perform facial or beauty treatments according to qualifications, training and clinic SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and infection-control standards.
• Assist with stock management and daily clinic operations.
• Ensure that medical procedures are performed only by authorised healthcare professionals.

4. Teamwork & Clinic Operations

• Work closely with doctors, clinic staff and the marketing team.
• Participate in training, meetings and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Support daily clinic operations and assigned administrative duties.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; beauty therapy or aesthetic qualifications are an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in beauty, aesthetic clinics, skincare or customer-facing sales preferred.
• Experience in selling aesthetic treatment packages or beauty services is a strong advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin; multilingual candidates are preferred.
• Confident in handling customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales conversations.
• Willing to learn new aesthetic treatments, products and clinic procedures.
• Responsible, proactive, target-oriented and a good team player.
• Comfortable working towards sales and service KPIs.
