Responsibilities
Team Management:
Leading, motivating, and guiding team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
Task Delegation and Oversight:
Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work meets quality standards and deadlines.
Performance Management:
Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
Onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training to enhance skills and productivity.
Communication:
Acting as a liaison between employees and upper management, relaying information and addressing concerns.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving operational challenges, including employee conflicts and workflow issues.
Compliance:
Ensuring that employees adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Implementing FWAs successfully through training and senior management support.
