Contract Period: December 2026 – February 2027

Work Location: Near Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Saturday part-time are welcome too

HANDOVER UNITS

- Handover units keys to owner

- Preparation of complete set of VP kits

- Pre-inspection of units to ensure decent condition

- VP introduction tour including unit and facilities

- Ensure proper acknowledgement documents of units handover

- Training will be provided

DEFECT MANAGEMENT

- Handle defects submission

- Liaise with contractor for rectification progress update

- Handle query

- Follow up status and provide weekly report support until defect duly closed and owners sign off

- Assist any ad hoc task related to VP handover and defects

- Support day-to-day administration works

REQUIREMENTS

- Computer literate

- Good communication skills

- Pleasant & professional personality
