To lead and manage the company's e-commerce activities, ensuring effective online merchandising, commercial performance, website optimisation, marketplace operations, and order fulfilment. The role is responsible for driving online business growth through data-driven decision-making, efficient processes, and continuous improvement in the customer shopping experience.

The role covers the following functional areas:

• E-commerce business management.
• Website administration and digital merchandising.
• Product catalogue, inventory, and pricingmanagement.
• Promotional planning and campaign execution.
• Marketplace and D2C channel management.
• Sales analytics, KPI monitoring, and management reporting.
• Order processing, logistics coordination, and fulfilment optimisation.
• Vendor, agency, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Customer experience improvement and operational process optimisation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 10  years of relevant experience in e-commerce,digital trading, online merchandising, or marketplace operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managingonline sales operations, product catalogues, pricing, promotional campaigns,and fulfilment processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of e-commerceplatforms such as Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, WooCommerce, or equivalentplatforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, sales reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
• Strong analytical, commercial,organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Experience in fashion retail, consumer products, or multi-channel retail operations will be an advantage.
