Prior experience in live streaming, hosting, or a related customer-facing role.

Minimum Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. (candidates with relevant work experience who do not hold a diploma are still welcome to apply).

Fresh Graduates with strong confidence and proven ability in live hosting are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think on your feet and respond effectively to live audience interaction.

Enthusiastic and energetic personality with a passion for engaging with people.

A genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry, relevant working experience is preferred.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST (English is a plus).

Willing to work on-site and execute live sessions according to the schedule set by the supervisor.

Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions on various platforms to promote beauty products and services.

Showcase product features, demonstrations, and benefits in a compelling manner.

Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions during LIVE Streaming.

Build and maintain good relationship with customers through online platforms.

Develop creative content ideas and scripts for live stream events.

Analyze live stream performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.

Maintain a positive and professional on-camera presence.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
