- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, specifically in sea export operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or a related field is a plus.
岗位职责
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of sea export shipments from booking to delivery.
- Liaise with shipping lines, trucking companies, and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients on their cargo status.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transportation process.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and company policies.
